ERO Report

The purpose of ERO reviews is to contribute to improved student achievement.  When ERO reviews schools there is a key interest in information that the school has about student achievement as well as the way in which school programmes and processes contribute to this achievement. ERO places student achievement at its centre, as an explicit point of reference in developing priorities for review and formulating strategies for improvement.  The process involves ERO interacting with and gathering information from a range of school personnel and an evidence-based approach to reviews is used.  Reviewers will make independent judgements based on evidence and the use of evaluation indicators.
